How to make chicken 65

1.  Ginger Garlic Paste (I didnt have ginger garlic paste. So I cut ginger and garlic thinly and crushed those)
 2. Salt
3.  Pepper
 4. Boneless chicken (~ 1Kg) cut into small pieces.
 5. Add salt, garlic cumin power to the chicken  and mix well
 6. Add 2-3 table spoons of corn flour and mix again

 7. Take 1 egg or if you want a thick coating take 2 eggs.
 8. Add it to the chicken mixture and mix thoroughly. So that the chicken  pieces are coated with the flour and egg.
 9. Like this
 10. Heat some oils.
 11. Fry the chicken. Do not add lot of chicken. They will stick to each other.
 12. Fry until the chicken pieces are turned into golden color.

 14. Take Curry leaves (The Curry leaves I have used, are taken from refrigerator. So they are not fresh :))
 15. Chopped garlic and chipped ginger
 16.  Chopped green chilli and lemon
 17. Fried chicken.

 18. Add some oil to the pan and heat it.
 19. Add chilli, garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
 20. When the mixture is half fried add chilli garlic sauce. (I didnt have chilli garlic sauce I used tomato sauce)
 21. Add little bit of water and make the sauce bit thin.
22. Add the chicken into the pan and mix well. Stir for 5 min until the sauce is absorbed into the chicken.

Cooking: Masala Chicken with Poteto..


1.  Cut potatoes into large pieces. Take a nonstick pan and heat it to a medium temperature level. Then add Masala mix, curry powder and mustard powder (cream) to the pan and leave it for 10 min until the spices become brown. Finally add potatoes and mix well. Leave the pan on fire for 10-15 min until masala mix carved into fresh potatoes.

2. Cut chicken.
3. Chop garlic and ginger
4. Cut a medium size onion
5. Add some oil to another pan and heat. Add onions and mix well. Leave it until onions become brown.
6. Still not ready!!
7. Now its ready.. but keep it another 4-5 minutes..
8. Add chicken into onion mixture.. and mix everything thoroughly .. close the lid and cook the chicken for 20 minutes.. then add potatoes..  mix everything and leave another 10 minutes.. Finally add a half cup of thick coconut milk.. and cook for 40 minutes..  (Sorry No photos)
9. Dont forget to add salt, pepper and red chilli.. Finally .. its done.. Remove all the water from curry.. lesser the water... the tastier..
